Plugin information for KnowBiz Toolbook demos

Troubleshooting

  • If you are using Netscape or Firefox browser, and no demo appears in the window provided, then you need to switch
    to Internet Explorer (IE) browser.
  • If your firewall will not allow you to download the file, neuron.exe,
    then download the file, neuron.e_e, and rename it
    to neuron.exe before you install it.
  • You may need to list the *.tbk extension
    in your anti-virus program and
    your browser helper applications.
  • If your IE browser has a Pop-Up Blocker, then add this Web site to the Settings screen, as shown below:

Notes:

  • Neuron plays fully-scripted ToolBookII applications via your Internet Browser.
  • All programs are virus-free.
  • All programs open successfully in Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Procedure:

Follow these steps before you view any demonstration ToolBook II program, such as Thinking:
  1. Download and install the Neuron plugin.
  2. Re-start your computer.
  3. Select "Non-secure Mode" from Start/All Programs/ToolBook II Neuron menu, as shown in this screenshot, below:
